Baseball Recap: Coolidge Takes a Loss

Coolidge was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 19-1 to the Jackson-Reed Tigers. If the Colts were looking for revenge after losing 26-0 to the Tigers when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Coolidge's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Jackson-Reed, they pushed their record up to 7-2 with the win, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season.

Looking ahead, Coolidge will take on School Without Walls at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Jackson-Reed, they will face off against James Madison at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
