Bangor Christian's defense heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed last Wednesday. They were the clear victors by an 8-0 margin over George Stevens Academy. Bangor Christian might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 12 contests by four goals or more this season.

They hit George Stevens Academy with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Mary Allen (5), Rivers Bradford (2), and Lyndsie Durost.

Meanwhile, it can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Telstar had no problem doing just that on Friday. They put the hurt on the Lakers with a sharp 5-2 victory. The high-scoring effort was just what Telstar needed considering they were shut out in their previous matchup.

Telstar is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-4-1 record this season. As for Bangor Christian, their win bumped their record up to 14-0.
