Volleyball Recap: North Shore Comes Up Short

North Shore lost against Summer Creek back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Mustangs lost 3-0 to the Bulldogs.

While North Shore was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Summer Creek's winning margin in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-16, 25-18.

When it comes to explaining why North Shore lost, don't look at Zyriah Hailey. Despite the final result, she had ten digs. Hailey has been hot recently, having posted ten or more digs the last four times she's played.

North Shore has been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last ten contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 12-22 record this season. As for Summer Creek, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 20-14.

As of now, neither North Shore nor the Bulldogs have any future games scheduled.
