Bayless hadn't done well against Affton recently (they were 0-4 in their previous four matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Wednesday. The Bronchos came out on top against the Cougars by a score of 3-1. The victory was nothing new for the Bronchos as they're now sitting on four straight.

The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-17, 22-25, 25-18.

Despite the loss, Affton still got an impressive performance from Nathan Meyers, who had 27 digs and three assists.

Bayless pushed their record up to 10-6 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Affton, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost 12 of their last 13 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-15-1 record this season.
