Soccer Game Preview: West Ridge vs. Daniel Boone

The West Ridge Wolves will head out on the road to face off against the Daniel Boone Trailblazers at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

West Ridge fell victim to Science Hill and their airtight defense on Thursday. They came up short against the Hilltoppers, falling 8-0. West Ridge have struggled against Science Hill recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost meeting.

Meanwhile, Daniel Boone was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 6-2 to Chuckey-Doak.

West Ridge now has a losing record of 6-7-4. As for Daniel Boone, their loss dropped their record down to 2-10.

West Ridge skirted past Daniel Boone 1-0 when the teams last played on April 8th. The rematch might be a little tougher for Wolves since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
