Baseball Game Preview: Orange Panthers vs. Savanna Rebels

For the second straight game, Orange will face off against Savanna. The Panthers will challenge the Rebels at 3:15 p.m. on Friday.

On Tuesday, Orange needed a bit of extra time to put away Savanna. They had just enough and edged out the Rebels 5-4. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Panthers have posted since March 15th.

Mitchell Osorio looked comfortable as he pitched three innings while giving up just one earned run off one hit. He has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than two walks in eight consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Orange let Nathan Yang and Dylan Norwalk run wild. Yang got on base in all four of his plate appearances with one RBI, while Norwalk went 1-for-3 with two RBI and one double. That's the most RBI Norwalk has posted since back in February.

Orange's win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 10-16-1. As for Savanna, their defeat dropped their record down to 15-10.
