Basketball Recap: East Jessamine Takes a Loss

East Jessamine was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They fell 62-54 to Great Crossing. The Jaguars were probably out for revenge after losing 58-36 to them when the teams met back in February of 2023, then they'll just have to keep looking.

East Jessamine's defeat dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Great Crossing, the victory got them back to even at 4-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. East Jessamine will host Mercer County at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Great Crossing, they will be playing at home against St. Henry at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
