Softball Recap: Aurora Huskies vs. Northwest Vikings
Aurora was the 4-3 winner over Northwest when they last played one another back in September, but their luck changed this time around. The Aurora Huskies lost 13-2 to the Northwest Vikings on Thursday.
Ashlyn Kottwitz and Adrianna Brei stepped up to the plate in a big way. Kottwitz went 1-for-2 with a home run, while Brei went 1-for-2 with a home run.
Aurora's defeat dropped their record down to 18-14. As for Northwest, the victory was the ninth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 24-1.
