Volleyball Recap: Manti Comes Up Short

Manti was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Bear River Bears.

Manti's defeat dropped their record down to 6-14. As for Bear River, with the victory, they broke their three-match losing streak and moved their record to 8-11.

Looking ahead, Manti will square off against San Juan at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Bear River, they have already played their next contest, a 3-1 win against Providence Hall on the 4th.
