Softball Recap: Corner Canyon Chargers vs. Skyline Eagles
Corner Canyon can finally bid farewell to their 12-game losing streak thanks to their game on Wednesday. They blew past the Skyline Eagles 21-14.
Isabella Bassani made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she pitched six innings while giving up just one earned (and four unearned) runs off six hits. Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Corner Canyon will take on East at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Skyline, they will head out on the road to square off against Olympus at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. Olympus will roll in looking for their eighth straight victory, something Skyline surely won't give up without a fight.
