Recap: Eagle Valley Devils vs. Legend Titans
On Thursday, Eagle Valley was beaten by Legend 85-17. Eagle Valley has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Legend was led to victory by Mason Borcherding and Grace Stanley. Borcherding scored 16 points, while Stanley scored 18 points. The game was Stanley's third in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Katie Lamb, who scored 9 points.
Eagle Valley now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Legend, the victory for they keeps them at an undefeated 6-0.
Eagle Valley won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Berthoud at 3:00 p.m. on December 8th. Allowing an average of 50.5 points per game, Berthoud has struggled on the defensive end, but that doesn't have to be the case in this contest. Legend is on the road again on Friday and play against Colorado Academy at 8:15 p.m. on December 8th. Hopefully Colorado Academy focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 17 on Thursday.
