Basketball Recap: Centennial Takes a Loss

Centennial was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were dealt a 49-22 defeat at the hands of the Sangre de Cristo Thunderbirds. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Thunderbirds this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 50-30 back in January.

Centennial's loss dropped their record down to 8-14. As for Sangre de Cristo, their victory bumped their record up to 12-9.

As of now, neither Centennial nor Sangre de Cristo have any future games scheduled.
