Mead's game on Saturday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the University Titans. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-1 two weeks ago.

Mead was especially dominant in the fourth set. The final score came out to 25-17, 25-19, 23-25, 25-14.

Mead has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-5 record this season. As for University, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-9.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Mead is set to challenge their familiar foe Gonzaga Prep at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, University will square off against rival Cheney at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
