Soccer Recap: Marshwood Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Marshwood can now relate to. They fell 3-1 to the South Portland Red Riots on Wednesday. Marshwood haven't had much luck with South Portland recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Marshwood's defeat dropped their record down to 5-5-1. As for South Portland, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-3 record this season.

As of now, neither Marshwood nor South Portland have any future games scheduled.
