It was a good run, but St. Benedict at Auburndale unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Tuesday. They and the Lakeland Preparatory Lions finished up on equal footing with a 1-1 draw. The result kept St. Benedict at Auburndale happy, as they haven't lost a game since March 8th.

Their goal came courtesy of Gabe Springer, who's now up to seven this season.

St. Benedict at Auburndale's draw gives them a new season record of 6-2-1. As for Lakeland Preparatory, they moved theirs to 4-0-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. Benedict at Auburndale will host Memphis Home Education Association at 6:00 p.m. on the 10th. As for Lakeland Preparatory, they will welcome KIPP Collegiate at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
