Baseball Recap: Croatan Cougars vs. White Oak Vikings
Croatan blew White Oak out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Tuesday White Oak got their revenge. The Cougars fell just short of the Vikings by a score of 4-2. The Cougars' loss continues a trend for the squad, making it four in a row.
Croatan saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Harrison Thomas, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base. Nathan Griffin was another, scoring a run and stealing a base while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.
