Big Bear had won 13 straight games and Brennen Berge did his part to make it 14 on Friday. The Big Bear Bears simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Cobalt Institute of Math & Science Academy 87-53 thanks in part to Berge, who almost dropped a double-double on 23 points and nine boards. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in points.

Another player making a difference was Ryder Dolan, who posted four points in addition to eight rebounds and three steals. He has been hot, having posted three or more steals the last five times he's played.

Big Bear is on a roll lately: they've won 15 of their last 16 games, which provided a nice bump to their 21-4 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 73.5 points per game. As for Cobalt Institute of Math & Science Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-11.

Big Bear will head out to face Riverside Prep at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, while Cobalt Institute of Math & Science Academy will host them at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
