Volleyball Recap: Russell County Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Russell County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Opelika Bulldogs. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Warriors of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Russell County's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Opelika, the victory got them back to even at 10-10.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Russell County will face off against Valley at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Opelika, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Beauregard at 5:30 p.m.
