Football Recap: Pacelli Takes a Loss

Pacelli was the 41-20 winner over Assumption when they last played one another back in September of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Cardinals lost to the Royals at home by a 26-12 margin on Friday. The Cardinals have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Pacelli now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Assumption, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Pacelli will challenge rival Abbotsford at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Assumption is set to square off against their familiar foe Iola-Scandinavia at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
