Baseball Recap: Whitman-Hanson Regional Takes a Loss

Whitman-Hanson Regional was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 10-2 to the Hingham Harbormen. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Panthers have suffered against the Harbormen since May 16, 2022.

CJ Graham was cooking despite his team's loss, going 1-for-2 with two stolen bases, one run, and one RBI. Brady Cocio also deserves some recognition as he got his first hit of the season.

Whitman-Hanson Regional's defeat dropped their record down to 7-12. As for Hingham, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-9.

Looking ahead, Whitman-Hanson Regional is taking a road trip to face off against Weymouth at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Hingham, they will be playing at home against Duxbury at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
