Softball Recap: Frankfort-Schuyler Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Frankfort-Schuyler, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They blew past the Pulaski Blue Devils 14-2 on Thursday. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Maroon Knights considering their two-run performance the matchup before.

Frankfort-Schuyler's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-10. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.0 runs on average over those games. As for Pulaski, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-9.

Coming up, Frankfort-Schuyler will head out on the road to face off against Port Byron at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Panthers will roll in looking for their tenth straight win, something the Maroon Knights surely won't give up without a fight. Pulaski does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
