It was a good run, but Hozho Academy unfortunately witnessed the end of their six-match winning streak on Thursday. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Rehoboth Christian Lynx. If the Wolves were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Lynx when the teams met back in November of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Hozho Academy's loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 8-7. As for Rehoboth Christian, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 12-5.

Hozho Academy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 defeat against Reserve on the 18th. As for Rehoboth Christian, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Ramah on the 21st.
