Volleyball Recap: Notus Snaps Eight-Game Streak of Losses on the Road

Notus won the last time they faced Gem State Adventist Academy and things went their way on Thursday too. The Pirates came out on top against the Jaguars by a score of 3-1.

The final score came out to 25-16, 25-16, 16-25, 25-20.

Gem State Adventist Academy lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Ashton Decker, who had six aces. Audrey Uniat was another key player, getting 15 assists.

Notus' win ended an eight-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-9. As for Gem State Adventist Academy, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6.
