Baseball Recap: Patrician Academy Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Patrician Academy can now relate to. They fell just short of the Lakeside School Chiefs by a score of 5-4 on Wednesday. The loss continues a trend for the Saints in their meetings with the Chiefs: they've now lost seven in a row.

Ethan Carr was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-3 with two triples and one run.

Patrician Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 8-10. As for Lakeside School, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 24 of their last 26 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 53-6 record this season.

As of now, neither Patrician Academy nor Lakeside School have any future games scheduled.
