Softball Recap: Liberty Takes a Loss

After soaring to 17 runs the game before, Liberty was a bit more limited in their game on Tuesday. They came up short against the LaBrae Vikings, falling 8-1. The Leopards haven't had much luck with the Vikings recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Liberty's defeat dropped their record down to 6-5. As for LaBrae, the win was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 12-1.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Vikings beat Liberty by a score of 5-4 later that day.
