Timothy Gaddis posted a new career-high in doubles on Wednesday. He wasn't messing around, going 2-for-3 with two runs, two doubles, and one stolen base. The matchup was his fifth straight with at least one stolen base.

Gaddis' strong effort led Crete-Monee over Thornton and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Warriors are a perfect 10-0 against the Wildcats going back to May of 2021, a lead they'll look to extend.
