Basketball Recap: Hagerman Snags Third Victory in Last Four Games

Lighthouse Christian came into Wednesday's match looking for another win against Hagerman, but Ky Kendall wouldn't allow it. The Hagerman Pirates blew past the Lighthouse Christian Lions 91-24 on Wednesday thanks in part to Kendall, who went 15 of 22 en route to 35 points and seven steals. That's the most points he has posted since back in January of 2024.

Martin Gonzalez was another key player, going 7 for 12 on his way to 16 points and four steals. His evening made it four games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points.

Hagerman has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 6-4 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 69.5 points per game. As for Lighthouse Christian, their defeat was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-9.
