Volleyball Recap: Harbor Beach Takes a Loss

Harbor Beach was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Marine City Mariners. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Pirates of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2023.

Harbor Beach's defeat dropped their record down to 8-10-3. As for Marine City, the victory (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 12-7.

Harbor Beach has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 loss against Algonac on the 4th. As for Marine City, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Port Huron Northern on the 4th.
