Basketball Recap: Yates Center Wildcats vs. Oswego Indians
If Yates Center was riding high fresh off their 37-12 takedown of Southern Coffey County last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Yates Center Wildcats were beaten by the Oswego Indians 52-16 on Monday. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Indians this season, with their most recent loss being a 57-26 defeat last Tuesday.

Despite the defeat, Yates Center saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Cayten Cummings posted six points and 12 boards. The dominant performance also gave Cummings a new career-high in assists (three).
