Football Recap: Greeley West Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Greeley West lost against Poudre back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Spartans were outmatched by the Impalas and fell 45-7. The Spartans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Isiah Montoya threw for 130 yards and one touchdown. On the ground, Tagen Becher rushed for 91 yards and one TD on only 12 carries.

Poudre got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Mason Carter out in front who rushed for 65 yards and a pair of scores on only seven carries, and also threw for 168 yards and one TD on only 15 passes. The dominant performance also gave Carter a new career-high in passer rating (126.5). Praise Oluniyi was another key back, gaining 173 total yards.

Greeley West now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Poudre, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-6.
