For whatever reason, it's the away team that's had the advantage when Hudson and Eau Claire Memorial meet (three straight games heading into this one) and that held true again on Tuesday. The Raiders had just enough and edged out the Old Abes 3-2. That's two games straight that the Raiders have won by just one run.

Mark Susa tossed a big game, striking out 12 batters over 6.2 innings while giving up just two earned runs off four hits.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Logan Hagman, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with one home run and two RBI.

Hudson's record is now 9-2. As for Eau Claire Memorial, they now have a losing record of 3-4.

Hudson will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Old Abes: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
