The Sylva Bay Academy Saints will square off against the River Oaks Mustangs at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, these teams will really light up the scoreboard.

Sylva Bay Academy is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They came out on top against Porter's Chapel Academy by a score of 34-26. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Saints.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask River Oaks). They breezed past Claiborne Academy to the tune of 68-28 two weeks ago. Considering the Mustangs have won seven contests by more than 19 points this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

River Oaks' win came from a few key players Sylva Bay Academy will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Jd Green, who rushed for 144 yards and three scores on only 13 carries. Another player making a difference was Andrew Robinson, who threw for 284 yards and three TDs on only 12 passes.

River Oaks was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 234 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've managed all season.

The win got Sylva Bay Academy back to even at 5-5. As for River Oaks, their victory bumped their record up to 8-0.
