Basketball Game Preview: Abilene Eagles vs. Munday Moguls

The Abilene Eagles will challenge the Munday Moguls at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

On Saturday, Abilene was able to grind out a solid win over Del Rio, taking the game 62-53. The Eagles haven't had any issues with the Rams recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Meanwhile, Munday gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Thursday. They had just enough and edged out Henrietta 46-43. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Moguls have posted since November 15, 2024.

Munday's win came from a few key players Abilene will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Caisen Lee, who dropped a double-double with 17 points and ten rebounds. That's the most boards he has posted since back in November of 2024. Luke Bowman was another key player, putting up 14 points and eight rebounds.
