Haverford School waltzed into their game on Saturday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came within a single goal of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Downingtown East Cougars.

Haverford School's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Downingtown East, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 3-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Haverford School will take on Shipley at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Downingtown East, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Unionville at 3:45 p.m. on September 9.
