Soccer Game Preview: Jonesboro vs. Conway

Jonesboro is 0-8 against Conway since March of 2015 but things could change on Friday. The Hurricane will host the Wampus Cats at 7:00 p.m.

Jonesboro is headed into Friday's match looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their third straight game on Thursday. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 4-3 heartbreaker at the hands of North Little Rock. The contest was a 2-2 toss-up at halftime, but Jonesboro couldn't quite close it out.

Conway, on the other hand, haven't lost since April 22nd and they too continued that trend. They had just enough and edged out North Little Rock 2-1 on Monday.

Logan Geier and George Ross scored both of Conway's goals, bringing their combined season tally to nine goals.

Jonesboro's loss dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Conway, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a massive bump to their 8-5-5 record this season.
