Heathwood Hall Episcopal lost against Hammond back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The game between the Heathwood Hall Episcopal Highlanders and the Hammond Skyhawks didn't end well, with the Heathwood Hall Episcopal Highlanders falling 57-41.

Heathwood Hall Episcopal's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Tristen McCleary, who posted 13 points and seven rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Kamauri Hunter, who scored 16 points.

Heathwood Hall Episcopal's loss dropped their record down to 13-6. As for Hammond, they pushed their record up to 12-3 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season.

Heathwood Hall Episcopal didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 55-49 defeat against Augusta Christian on the 28th. Hammond has also already played their next match, a 67-45 victory against Ben Lippen on the 28th.
