Basketball Recap: Galena Takes a Loss

Galena lost against Valdez last Thursday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Galena Hawks took a hard 57-38 fall against the Valdez Buccaneers. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Galena's defeat dropped their record down to 12-8. As for Valdez, their victory bumped their record up to 12-13.

As of now, neither Galena nor Valdez have any future games scheduled.
