Killeen can bid farewell to their 12-game losing streak dating back to last season thanks to their game on Friday. They blew past the Tyler Lions 21-11. The Kangaroos' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Killeen's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-8. As for Tyler, they dropped their record down to 1-8 with the loss, which was their 18th straight at home dating back to last season.

Coincidentally, Killeen and Tyler will both be playing Troup the next time they take the field. Tyler will host Troup at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, while Killeen will host them at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday.
