Basketball Recap: Colonie Central Takes a Loss

Colonie Central was the 41-36 winner over Kingston when they last played one another back in January of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Colonie Central Wolfpack fell to the Kingston Tigers 55-49. While losing is never fun, the Wolfpack can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New York basketball rankings (they are ranked 256th, while the Tigers are ranked 101st).

Colonie Central has been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-10 record this season. As for Kingston, their win bumped their record up to 11-7.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Colonie Central has already played their next matchup (against Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Kingston has also has no score uploaded for their next contest, this one against Monroe-Woodbury.
