It was a good run, but Cibola unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Friday. They received a blow as they fell 72-53 to the Pinnacle Pioneers.

Pinnacle got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Cam Hurt out in front who went 6-for-13 on his way to 17 points and four steals. Ryan Nelson was another key player, going 5-for-9 to rack up 16 points and five assists.

Cibola's defeat dropped their record down to 13-11. As for Pinnacle, with the win, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 9-17.

Cibola does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Pinnacle, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 74-62 victory against Higley on the 26th.
