Volleyball Recap: First Baptist Comes Up Short

First Baptist had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They came up short against the Crosspointe Christian Academy Panthers on Saturday, falling 3-0.

Leading Crosspointe Christian Academy to victory were Emma Moore and Esther Fracassa. Moore had 11 aces and five digs, while Fracassa had 13 digs and three aces. That's the most aces Fracassa has posted over her last five contests.

The win was the seventh in a row for Crosspointe Christian Academy, bringing their record up to 19-3-3.

Coming up, First Baptist will host Prior Lake Christian at 5:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Crosspointe Christian Academy, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Bethesda Christian on the 29th.
