Volleyball Recap: Okemos Victorious

Okemos won the last time they faced Varsity Opponent and things went their way on Saturday too. The Wolves came out on top against Varsity Opponent by a score of 2-0.

Nolan Meyer paced Okemos' offense, picking up seven kills. Meyer got some help from Gavin Freidhoff and his 14 assists. Daniel Wesley controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

Okemos' victory bumped their record up to 9-7-2.

Okemos wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Saugatuck on the 19th. As for Varsity Opponent, they will head out to take on Indiana Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
