The Berlin Indians will face off against the Kettle Moraine Lutheran Chargers at 7:15 p.m. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

Berlin took a loss when they played away from home last Saturday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Thursday. They managed an 89-85 win over Winneconne. Given the Indians' advantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 126th, while the Wolves are ranked 339th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Kettle Moraine Lutheran scored the most points they've had this season on Thursday, but it wasn't enough. They fell just short of Plymouth by a score of 94-92. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Chargers have suffered against the Panthers since January 5, 2021.

Berlin's victory was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 7-2. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 78.4 points per game. As for Kettle Moraine Lutheran, their defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 4-6.
