Lake Mary is a perfect 5-0 against Timber Creek since February of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. Lake Mary will take on Timber Creek at 7:00 p.m. Lake Mary has now lost seven straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since the 4th.

Lake Mary lost 14-3 to Lake Brantley last Thursday.

Lake Mary saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Gabby Reyes, who went 1-for-2 with one home run. That home run was Reyes' first of the season.

Meanwhile, in Friday's Canine Competition, Timber Creek didn't have enough. They fell just short of St. Cloud by a score of 4-3 last Friday.

Mia Terrizzi was cooking despite her team's loss, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one stolen base and one RBI. She is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games she's played. Another player making a difference was Jenelly Romero, who went 1-for-3 with one home run.

Lake Mary's record is now 2-10. As for Timber Creek, their record is now 2-6.

Lake Mary came out on top in a nail-biter against Timber Creek in their previous matchup back in March of 2024, sneaking past 6-4. The rematch might be a little tougher for Lake Mary since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
