Soccer Recap: Winfield vs. Blazer
On Thursday, the Winfield Generals had just enough and edged the Blazer Tomcats out 3-2.

Brayden Wissler scored all three of Winfield's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.
Winfield's victory bumped their record up to 2-0-1. As for Blazer, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-5-2.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Winfield will head out to face off against Hurricane at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Both have been evenly matched recently as the teams are 2-2-2 against one another since September of 2015. As for Blazer, they will venture away from home to square off against Huntington at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Blazer's last three matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
