Preview: Riverside Christian Wranglers vs. Fort White Indians
Riverside Christian is on a seven-game streak of home losses (dating back to last season), Fort White a three-game streak of away losses, but someone's luck is about to change. The Riverside Christian Wranglers will be home for the holidays to greet the Fort White Indians at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
Last Tuesday, Riverside Christian ended up a good deal behind Redeemer Christian and lost 44-29.
Meanwhile, Fort White scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Saturday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Union County 51-12 at home. That 51-12 margin sets a new team best for Fort White this season.
Fort White's success was spearheaded by the efforts of Zyriah Jones, who scored four points along with six rebounds and three blocks, and Isreal Hart, who scored 12 points along with six steals. Jones also grabbed two steals for the first time this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Jermauni Byrd, who scored three points along with three steals.
Riverside Christian's loss dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Fort White, their win bumped their record up to 3-4.
