River Islands saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Israel Fuentes, who went 3-for-4 with two runs and one RBI. Fuentes has become a key player for the Riptide: the team is 5-2 when he posts at least two runs, but 4-6 otherwise.

River Islands' loss dropped their record down to 9-8. As for Ben Holt College Prep Academy, their victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-7.
