Soccer Recap: Brookhaven Academy Extends Road Winning Streak to Three

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against St. Augustine, Brookhaven Academy was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They came out on top against the Adams County Christian Rebels by a score of 3-1. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-1 back in November.

Reeves Lindley and Trace Garrett scored all three of Brookhaven Academy's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 21 goals.

Brookhaven Academy pushed their record up to 6-3 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored nine goals over those three games. As for Adams County Christian, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Brookhaven Academy and Parklane Academy will compete for holiday cheer at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Adams County Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
