After a string of four wins, Wenonah's good fortune finally ran out on Monday. They fell 77-65 to the Paul W. Bryant Stampede. The Dragons were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Stampede apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in February of 2023.

Wenonah's loss dropped their record down to 15-8. As for Paul W. Bryant, they are on a roll lately: they've won 14 of their last 15 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 18-6 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Wenonah has already played their next matchup (against Center Point), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Paul W. Bryant will be playing in front of their home fans against Northridge at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Paul W. Bryant knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past ten games -- so hopefully Northridge likes a good challenge.
