Cotopaxi added to the longest winning streak in A-6 Southwest (6 Man) this week by beating Mountain Valley, 20-0. The win marks fourth in a row for the the Pirates.
Primero led the league in scoring this week by notching 51 points on Colorado School for the Deaf & Blind.
The Bulldogs' James Lujan and Jussiah Sanchez led the league in both passing and receiving yards. Lujan has thrown for 932 yards this season, while Sanchez, a 5-foot-8 receiver, has 42 catches for 486 yards. Alex Burger from Cotopaxi leads the league in rushing with 791 yards.
A big matchup in A-6 Southwest (6 Man) this week will be when Hanover takes on the Bulldogs. At the moment, the Hornets are in first, while Colorado School for the Deaf & Blind is in fourth.
